Introduction: I've been beading for less than a year but I absolutely love it! I think this group is a fun & interesting way to meet others who also enjoy beading of all kinds.
What are your favorite types of beads to work with? (i.e.: small, large, crystals, gemstones, glass, natural, etc): I like working with crystals & natural stone beads, but I'm open to anything that catches my eye.
To date, what is your favorite piece that you have made? Please describe: My favorite piece right now is a necklace & jewelry set I made that have some beautiful glass beads that are green & clear with a swirl of gray in them. The rest of the necklace is gun metal beads of various shapes & small round quartz beads.
When did you first start beading?: I took up beading while I was pregnant last year to keep myself occupied while waiting for the baby to arrive.
What type of beading is your favorite? (i.e.: stringing, wire work, seed beads, loomwork, etc): I love wire work, although I'm still a beginner, & stringing. I want to get better at both of those before I move on to other types.
Have you ever sold or considered selling one or more of your creations?: I recently sold 2 eyeglass holders made of glass pearls & crystals & a necklace earring set made of large coin shaped jasper.
